Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.

2. Shipping Time

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable).
A small shipping fee may be charged on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Any shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can track your shipment in real-time using that link.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
In case of damaged products, we may request photos/videos for verification.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected orders/locations.
