Refunds & Returns

At Native Organic Honey, we take great care in delivering pure and high-quality honey to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our product (food item), we follow a strict but fair return policy.


1. Returns

  • We only accept returns in case of damaged, leaking, or incorrect products received.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be reported as damaged or incorrect
  • Proof (clear photos or unboxing video) must be provided
  • The issue must be reported within the stated time period

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Replacement

  • In most cases, we prefer to offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened honey jars
  • Used or partially consumed products
  • Products without proof of damage or issue

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, contact us directly
